Before your first offer
Do I need to wait at the station?
No. You can be anywhere while OnyxFlex keeps you in line for your stations. Head in once you accept an offer.
What does priority mean?
At the same station, you are ahead of drivers without OnyxFlex. When an instant offer drops, you are first in line for it.
How do the free offers work?
No fee on your first 3 instant offers and 3 blocks. After that, fees come from the balance a plan adds.
How do the plans differ?
Basic gives you unlimited access to instant offers and blocks, plus the Top Locations page. Extended has everything in Basic, shows how many drivers are online at each station and gives you higher priority over other couriers. Prices: Basic · $40 per month; Extended · $100 per 2 months. Unused balance does not carry over to the next period.
